Whether you’ll be in town for just the wedding day, or will be making a vacation out of your stay, you’ll probably want to know where and what there is to do in The City of Brotherly Love.  If you do have the time, try to go into town and do something fun.

Philadelphia's eclectic mix of cultures is evident in our variety of food, art, and entertainment. Area diners can go to Chinatown for Asian delicacies, South Street for a famous Philly cheese steak, or South Philadelphia for homemade Italian cooking. Museums range from the interactive Franklin Institute to the comprehensive Afro-American Historical and Cultural Museum. Music and theater vary from a classical music performance by the Philadelphia Orchestra to an avant-garde dance troupe showcase at The Painted Bride. So whether you're looking for a night on the town, a shopping spree, or a delicious meal, you find plenty of enjoyable things to do in Philly.
